Article 1 :Generalities : This contract isused for the exclusive usage of guests' rooms "Silence et Grillons". The owners promise to give the best welcome to their guests.

Article 2 : Duration of stay : the guest of this present contract has to respect the conditions about the duration of the stay. Any modification of the stay will be under conditions of a new deal between the owners and the guest.

Article 3 : Conclusion of the contract : Reservation will be accepted as soon as the customer will have paid a deposit of 25 % of the sum of the price of stay, with a minimum of one night by reserved room and will have send copy of the signed contract before the mentioned date on the contract. The taxes of stay are included in the price.

Article 4 : Cancellation by the customer : Any cancellation must be notified by letter, e-mail or fax (after having called the owners by phone).

  1. Cancellation before the beginning of stay : if cancellation happens more than 24 h before the beginning of stay, the deposit remains acquired by the owners. If cancellation happens less than 24 h before the beginning of stay, the deposit remains acquired by the owners who have the opportunity to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
  2. If the customer has given no new from him before 19 h 00 the day of the beginning of stay, the present contract is cancelled and the owners may rent the booked rooms. The deposit remains acquired by the owners who have the opportunity to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
  3. In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the expense of the accommodation remains completely acquired by the owners.

Article 5 : Cancellation by the owner : If, before the beginning of stay, the owner cancels this stay for a serious reason, he must inform the customer by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The customer will be refund of his deposit.

Article 6 : Arrival : The customer must come the specified day and at the hours mentioned on the present contract. In case of postponed or late arrival, the customer must call the owner as soon as possible.

Article 7 : Regulations of balance : Balance must be regulated the day after the arrival. Consumption and extra not mentioned in the present contract will be regulate at the end of stay to the owners.

Article 8 : Tax of stay : The tax of stay is a local levy, which is included in the price of the stay.

Article 9 : Use of places : The customer will have to respect the ownership. He promises to report any damage.

Article 10 : Capacity : The present contract is established for a definite number of persons. If the number of customers exceeds this initial number, the owner may refuse the additional customers. Ownership is only reserved for the lodgers. Surprised invitation of friends or members of the family are not allowed.

Article 11 : Animals : Sorry, but domestic animals are not accepted.

Article 12 : Non-smoking : The home as well as rooms are "non-smoking".

Article 13 : Meal : Please, do not eat and drink in the rooms. Tables and chairs are at disposition on the terrace and on ownership.

Article 14 : Breakfasts : Breakfasts are usually served between 8 h 30 and 9 h 30. On demand, you may have breakfast earlier.

Article 15 : Facilities : Do not hesitate to report us any problem. Nonetheless, after all, we can forget certain details, do not hesitate to tell us.

Article 16 : Usage of the swing : The usage of the swing by the children, from 3 to 12 years old, is under whole surveillance and responsibility of their parents.

Article 17 : Use of the swimming pool :
  1. The owners remind their customers of the absence of surveillance of the swimming pool
  2. The swimming pool being a family swimming pool, its usage is only reserved for the members of the family of the owners and for the guests.
  3. Every child who has less than 12 years, not accompanied by a major parent, is not authorized to reach the swimming pool space. The usage of the swimming pool by the children is under whole surveillance and responsibility of their parents.
  4. Any loud games, any throws of objects are forbidden in and around the swimming pool.
  5. Please :
  • Take a shower before the bath and avoid to use a cream or suntan oil before bathing
  • use adapted sandals in the swimming pool area (no city footwear).
  • Please use a correct swimsuit in the swimming pool.
  • the towels of rooms are reserved for the rooms.
  • Do not eat and drink in the swimming pool area
  • Lock the gate after every departure of the swimming pool area
  • the swimming pool area is available to the guests from 8 h till 20 h, except cause beyond control. (from 20 h till 23 h possible, on demand)
  • every user of the swimming pool must be covered by a third-party insurance defence and appeal.
  • the owner, on breaches repeated to one of the articles, can withdraw the approval which he granted beforehand without indemnification whatever it is.
